Ranting, My Alternative Tonight

Not in the mood to write tonight. The weather is so hot that I think I'm gonna melt anytime now. Just when I thought I'd die from the heat, I found out that my room is the only place that has this high temperature in the entire areas of the house I live in. Fuck. Even standing outside my room door makes me feel better!

Meanwhile, diarrheoa eased but I'm beginning to feel nauseous. I puked in the evening. Lovely bestie cooked me porridge for dinner. Oh how can I live without herrrr. (That's why she always say too hahahahaha!)

Anyway it's the last day of work before the school break! I still gotta stay back in JB for Year 6's extra tuition though. Nevertheless, at least I don't have to wake up at six anymore, for two weeks. XD 

And no I did not forget to write. I'm just plan lazy and frustrated to write about Day 2.

Glad I Remembered to Write Tonight

Diarrhoea struck for the second time in six days. The turmoil began at 4pm-ish for both experiences, and it turns out that I had the same lunch delivery (different menu though) on both days. Suggesting that there are hygiene issues, it just doesn't seem right when I wasn't the only one who had the same menu on the same day delivered by the same person, and also when I have already ordered four times from the same person already. 

So I guess it's just me and my sensitive digestive system. 

Anyway, I was exhausted from the frequent visits to the loo and the initial plan was to go to bed early tonight. And then I remembered my decision to start blogging as frequent as I can, to get myself back to writing... That's why I'm here again! XD

Climbed out of bed, headed back to lappy on the table, and dug out the blog challenge I found last night, and I might as well start tonight! Here goes!

DAY 1 - MY BLOG'S NAME

Ahhhhhh... This took me quite a few minutes to recall the reason I named it "Xienny's Bloggy". 

Xienny Devon-Wayne is a name given by a good friend, where "Xienny" has the same pronunciation as my Chinese name. There are eight of us in the group and the others have unique pen names or usernames. Ning came up with one for me - It was initially Xienny. We found it too short, and she added on Devon-Wayne as the last name, and I fell in love with it instantly! It became my favourite username ever since 2008. 

I started blogging in 2009 (I think) and I couldn't decide on a decent or special name for this blog. I started googling (seems like Google has been a great help for years, and will still be I believe XD) for ideas, and I gave up hahahahaha! Hence I went back to basics! 

Well, "Xienny's Blog" sounded too simple. Bored and tired of thinking, I slumped into my chair with my chouchou, Bushy, wondering if I should just leave it there with an "uncool" name..... When the word Bloggy came into mind. 

Why?

I Can Hardly Write Anymore

So.. A friend suggested that I should pick up writing again and......

I don't know what to say anymore. Struggling with grammar and out of ideas to express via words. THIS IS NOT A GOOD SIGN. Actually I think I DID a blog challenge before. Starting googling for apt challenges that I feel comfortable to write with, and I found my old posts regarding that blog challenge I did. Crap I could express myself pretty well through writing back then.

I made an effort to filter the links and lists on Bloggy before I began writing this. Some blog links don't even exist anymore. *awkward laugh* I'll update the list later, obviously procrastination at work again.

A great deal happened this year. No resolutions were achieved. I notice that I still fail at keeping all the important people around me. Maybe that's because I don't know how to appreciate them, or my way of showing affection and love just scare people away.. 

People come and go.. Nothing stays forever. 

I just gotta live with that sad fact, and be strong.
